We are seeking a skilled front-end developer to join our IBM Software team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.

Your role and responsibilities

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative product features as well as improving existing code for optimal user experience and quality. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be working closely with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 1+ years Experience working in a highly collaborative environment

• Experience building performant, scalable UI solutions using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience with component-driven user interfaces

• Experience in converting design prototypes to code implementation

• Experience using version control systems like Git

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in building containerized UI applications (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, VMs)

• Knowledge and Experience working with D3js

• Familiarity with consuming GraphQL APIs and RESTful APIs

• Knowledge and Experience in working with TypeScript

• Strong understanding of software design principles, OOP and algorithms
