As a Lifecycle Operations Engineer Intern, you'll be responsible to support creation for a variety of hardware and software solutions across all life cycle stages. As a part of Operations team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality products that meet business requirements based on defined outcomes.
Job Description
In this role, you will:
Support the development of winnable strategies that creatively use resources to anticipate and solve problems, resulting in innovative solutions for the business using alternatives beyond the obvious,
Take part in establishing partnerships with internal teams to creatively identify / evaluate / implement / improve technologies and processes utilizing Lean and Agile principles,
Support creation of comprehensive reporting for infrastructure support teams,
Help to maintain documentation on various systems, installations, and configurations,
Work with ITSM ticketing tools to assist with operational and reporting tasks,
Learn to oversee lifecycle stages of IT infrastructure components.
Education Qualification:
- Active student of IT-related studies (Bachelor or Master studies).
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge of current information technologies.
Basic technical foundation in infrastructure technologies.
Fluency in English.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel, PowerBI experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze a big amount of data.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills: self-motivated and result oriented team player.
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines.
