Why You Will Love this Job: Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office) in Metro-Milwaukee The Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute a standardized internal communication plan and manage execution across Rehlko\'s global manufacturing facilities in partnership with the local site teams. The Internal Communications Manager will provide executive communication support to Rehlko\'s Chief Operations Officer, with specific focus on highlighting Operational Transformation activities and connecting non-networked employees to Rehlko\'s purpose, values, and Operations strategy. Specific Responsibilities: * Develop an Operations and Supply Chain communications plan, including assessing current-state communications, develop a global, standardized communication plan, and deploy across multiple manufacturing locations * Provide executive communication support to the Chief Operations Officer, including presentation development, global town hall meeting planning and execution, drafting talking points and messaging, and other leadership communication activities that arise * Think creatively and strategically to engage and inform all Rehlko manufacturing and Operations employees, with particular attention to reaching non-networked team members who don\'t have access to computer, email, or phones * Ensure efficiency of communication by creating a standardized method and cadence of communication across all Rehlko manufacturing sites globally, incorporating company policies, signage, and facility assets * Partner with key stakeholders across Rehlko\'s businesses and functions, and external resources. Manage vendor relationships, as necessary.
