Key Responsibilities:

Network Management:

● Design, implement, maintain, and continually improve network storage and physical or virtualized environments.

● Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.

● Ensure network security and compliance with policies.

● Manage network hardware and services software upgrades.

System Administration:

● Build, configure, deploy, document, and maintain servers.

● Design, implement, test, and document BCDR systems.

● Manage Active Directory domain services, policies, and objects.

● Manage authentication, authorization, and access controls.

● Ensure system security and data integrity.

Technical Support:

● Provide technical support to team members.

● Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

● Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

● Train users on new technologies and best practices.

Project Management:

● Plan and execute IT projects.

● Collaborate with departments to determine project OKRs.

● Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

● Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

● Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.

Compliance and Documentation:

● Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

● Conduct regular audits and remediations.

● Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

● Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in network and systems administration.

● Proficiency in network management and system administration tools.

● Experience with Active Directory and BCDR systems.

● Linux (Red Hat) experience.

● VMWare expertise.

● Storage/SAN (IBM Flash Storage/NetApp) knowledge.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
