Pay: $33.65-$36.54 an hour

Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing and production environments, be knowledgeable in inventory systems, and proficient in achieving company goals and production metrics. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and execution for all assigned projects.

• Create and maintain production schedules.

• Oversee logistics management.

• Coordinate event production.

• Prepare agendas for meetings and events.

• Collaborate closely with the Production, Materials, and Purchasing departments.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing and production environment.

• Knowledge of inventory systems (manual/physical and/or computer-oriented).

• Proficient in achieving company goals and production metrics.

• Excellent communication skills with employees, supervisors, and outside vendors.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of computers.

• Ability to manage and run spreadsheets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferably holds an Associate's degree

• Experience with ERP, SAP, and MRP systems.

• Knowledge in GMP, supply chain, logistics, material planning, and production scheduling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.54/hr.
