Position Overview: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be essential in managing the logistics of audio-visual equipment in and out of the facility. This role involves handling shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining high standards for product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Shipping Duties:

• Prepare and package audio-visual equipment for shipment.

• Generate shipping labels and documentation using company software.

• Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Receiving Duties:

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

• Record any damaged or missing items and notify management.

• Unpack and store equipment in designated areas.

• Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and requirements.

• Ensure that all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
