Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator! If you have familiarity and experience in inventory control and are organized with great people skills, this is the position for you!

This role will be 1/3 computer / desk work . The other 2/3 of the role is working in the warehouse.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • WMS recon ciliation

  • Analyzing adjustments and fluctuations in our inventory

  • Research; probing; questions; detective

  • Will require warehouse work

  • WAMI

  • The difference between Trilogie and Highjump

  • Receiving errors, pulling errors, incorrect items written up, credits

  • Will require warehouse work

  • Safety

  • Eyes & ears of Safety

  • Daily walk-a-rounds

  • Help implement procedures and involved w/safety meeting and stand downs

  • Credits

  • Oversee; follow-up; e-mailing associates

  • Will be involved with actual HJ entry at times

  • Credit card reconcilliation

  • Team - player; moral e booster; cheerleader; problem - solver

  • Customer service representative

  • Warehouse assistance – questions on incoming and outgoing issues

  • Product recalls

  • Point of contact for other Ferguson associates

  • Help with Centralized operations

  • PO research/ account payable

  • Service Channel assistance

  • Maintaining the appearance and the operation of the facility

  • Interaction with Area Operations manager, including helping other locations when needed.

  • Damage d Products

  • Unbox

  • Determine next steps

  • House-Keeping

  • Keeping the facility clean

  • Warehouse Assistance

  • Receiving & Shipping

  • Order picker & forklift use

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent experience preferred

  • 1-3 years’ experience handling inventory/operational tasks preferred

  • Experience in our industry is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

  • Desire to learn new things

  • Possess the ability to thrive in an inclusive environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $22.61

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
