Hybrid Recruiter- King of Prussia, PA Area

Are you a recruiter seeking a new opportunity in the King of Prussia area? We are looking for a recruiter to support our client, a global leader in Environmental Services. This company specializes in the management, treatment, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, offering a range of solutions across industries such as construction, manufacturing, health care, and energy. This is a long-term/ W2 Contract position that will work on-site in King of Prussia 3 days week. You must reside in the King of Prussia, PA market.

What you need:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting within a Corporate/RPO environment

• Ability to provide consultative guidance, build strong relationships, and influence clients

• Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Strong effective communication skills
