Job Overview:

A well-established company operating in the manufacturing space is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.

Maintain and update vendor information and documentation.

Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.

Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve invoice and payment issues.

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and in line with contractual terms.

Prepare and provide financial reports and analysis as needed.

Support proccess improvement initiatives.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

3+ years of accounts payable experience.

ERP system experience.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
