About the job Within our Alfa Laval North American Cluster (United States and Canada), the Head of Marketing will lead a team of specialists working closely with business managers to attain market- and customer insights and drive lead generation, nurturing and conversion. This hybrid position offers flexibility and can be based in one of several great locations: Richmond, VA; Houston, TX; Greenwood, IN; Kenosha, WI; or Warrington, PA. As a part of the team, you will: * Set the strategic marketing plan for the US and Canada, in collaboration with key business stakeholders * Manage and develop a team of marketing specialists across different disciplines to deliver on the marketing strategy * Create strong brand recognition for Alfa Laval in North America and drive awareness around our product and service offering. * Work with sales teams to drive business growth by translating customer-, market- and competitor insights into tangible business opportunities and compelling marketing promotion programs. * Work across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service to develop and drive initiatives that accelerate revenue growth through commercial excellence. * Drive the digital agenda in an agile way by gathering, analyzing and implementing insights gained from working with online awareness, search optimization, digital promotion, lead capturing and sales. * Be responsible for the external and internal communication strategy on local/regional/cluster level designed to create engagement and provide clarity around key initiatives. * Determine local marketing budget and KPIs together with sales management and Managing Directors. \"We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
