Description and Requirements

• Architect and design complex server and storage infrastructure solutions

• Implement advanced server and storage technologies, including virtualization, SAN, and NAS

• Troubleshoot and resolve critical server and storage issues

• Perform capacity planning and optimization for server and storage infrastructure

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

• Stay up-to-date with the latest server and storage technologies and industry best practices

• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives

• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep understanding of server hardware (Dell, HP, IBM) and storage systems (SAN, NAS)

• Advanced knowledge of server and storage operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Proficiency in storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Certifications: Relevant advanced certifications in server and storage technologies (e.g., MCSE, VCP-DCV, CCIE)

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in server and storage administration and engineering
