Robert Half HR/Payroll Manager in Kansas City, Missouri

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a HR/Payroll Manager in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. The role involves supervising and managing payroll and HR functions in the financial services industry. As an HR/Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing payroll systems, processing bi-monthly payroll, and administering 401k and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HR payroll system to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing

• Administer a comprehensive 401k - RRSP program and manage related benefit functions

• Conduct full cycle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees

• Handle payroll for multiple states, understanding and applying relevant laws and regulations

• Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time

• Oversee in-house payroll operations, including garnishments and payroll tax calculations

• Handle payroll reconciliation, troubleshooting any discrepancies or issues that arise

• Manage multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations and laws

• Oversee the process of biweekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment

• Resolve any payroll related issues or inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Requirements • Proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Knowledge and experience with Benefit Functions

• Ability to handle bi-Monthly Payroll efficiently

• Experience with Full Cycle Payroll

• Familiarity with HR Payroll System

• Proficiency in managing Multi-state Payroll

• Knowledge of Multistate Payroll

• Expertise in Payroll procedures and operations

• Experience with Payroll - Garnishments

• Familiarity with Payroll - In-House operations

• Expertise in Payroll - Multi-State

• Ability to perform Payroll Functions effectively

• Experience in Payroll Management

• Knowledge and understanding of Payroll Taxes

• Ability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll efficiently

• Experience in Processing Biweekly Payroll

• Ability to Process Payroll accurately and timely

• Proficiency in Reconciling Payroll efficiently
