Description
This role involves playing a key part in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, as well as developing engaging content for these events. You will be working closely with internal teams and external partners, with a focus on customer service and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events for customers and partners.
• Develop engaging event content and programming in collaboration with internal teams.
• Recommend best practice event content and agenda flow by examining business plans, sales opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Oversee the production of supporting event materials and manage logistical needs.
• Align and prepare resources and event stakeholders for each event.
• Analyze client feedback data and suggest improvements to relevant internal teams.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure the effective execution of technology, marketing, and customer alignment programs.
• Maintain responsibility for client relations and program management.
• Utilize skills in sales, marketing, planning, logistics, and stakeholder management to execute complex event plans.
Requirements • Exceptional skills in Customer Service, demonstrating an ability to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interaction with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to effectively promote events and enhance brand visibility.
• Demonstrated expertise in Planning and Logistics, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of events.
• Ability to manage Stakeholders effectively, ensuring their requirements are met to the highest standard.
• Proficiency in Oracle software for efficient data management and operations.
• Capability to form and manage Partnerships, contributing to the overall success of events.
• Adept at Executing strategies and plans, ensuring the successful implementation of events.
• Strong Client Relations skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships with clients.
• Basic understanding of Programming, for possible technical troubleshooting or communication with technical teams.
• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, indicating a capacity to work within healthcare related events.
• Significant experience in Event Planning, demonstrating a capability to create and execute successful events.
• Ability to create a comprehensive Business Plan, providing a strategic roadmap for event management.
• Experience in handling Agenda Items, ensuring all event details are addressed and organized.
• Demonstrated Effective Communication skills, ensuring clear dissemination of information to all parties involved.
• Proven skills in Program Management, with an ability to oversee and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience working with Internal Teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Proficiency in Content Development, contributing to the creation of engaging and relevant event materials.
• Ability to Recommend Improvements, providing constructive feedback to enhance event success.
• Experience in managing Event Materials, ensuring they are high-quality, accurate, and delivered on time.
