Powder Coat Operator Responsibilities:\ - Work on paint line / powder coating room, spraying medical tanks\ - Conduct quality control checks on the tanks to ensure they meet specifications\ - Install customer labeling on the cylinders\ - Complete paperwork for each tank\ - Use stamping tools when necessary\ - Assists with loading and unloading production parts for efficiency\ - Position parts with awareness of product placement to ensure powder coat sprayer has ability to maintain product quality\ - Follow established procedures for disposition of rejected or questionable material\ - Flexible to move and cross-train to other areas of the line and facility
