Job Title: Project Architect

They are seeking a skilled Project Architect to oversee full projects from inception to completion, focusing on multifamily and corporate buildings. The successful candidate will design and manage drafters/designers, ensuring high-quality construction drawings and effective client communications. This role demands proficiency in Revit and involves taking drawings from concept to design, providing direction to drafters, and delivering progress updates to general contractors and clients.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture

• Proficient in Revit

• 6+ years of commercial and retail design experience

• Ability to become Licensed or Registered

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an initial contract duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based with 90% in-office work and an option for 1 day a week remote. A flexible work schedule is also offered, including 4-day workweeks of 10 hours each.
