If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as an on-call Family Support Partner.

What You Will Be Doing Working as an on-call Family Support Partner you will help provide community-based support for individuals who are receiving crisis support services. You'll play an important role in the ISK crisis delivery system and will attend meetings, participate in trainings and work with youth and families who are receiving ISK support. The on-call shift structure allows for flexible scheduling; in this on call position you will be picking up shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is grant funded through 09/30/2024.
