Qualifications Prior collision estimator experience desired Knowledgeable with estimating software Knowledge of insurance procedures and practices Ability to handle high volumes under pressure Effectively communicate with insurance companies, customers and technicians Strong organizational and computer skills

Responsibilities Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of body, mechanical and interior damage Prepare detailed and accurate repair damage reports Educate customers in the collision repair process Establish and maintain customer rapport by answering questions and concerns, maintain records of repairs and replacements on the vehicle, manage ordering of parts, track the repair status of customer vehicles, process paperwork with insurance companies Be the liaison between the customer and the body technician, maintain their CSI scores, invoicing and answering phones Other miscellaneous duties as directed
