Your Focus

Responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of finished goods (Fragrances and Encapsulation) to achieve on time in full (OTIF) delivery to customers. Includes coordinating production schedules, executing appropriate planning strategy to optimize supply chain performance.

Singapore Scent Plant (Fragrances and Encapsulation)

Scent resale Affiliate in our region.

How you will contribute

• Production scheduling: create and manage production schedules to ensure timely availability of finished goods. Coordinate with production teams to align daily manufacturing plans. Timely creation of process orders, checked for raw material availability before providing the go-ahead status for production release. Follow up with raw material planning on orders with raw material shortages. Provide order delivery confirmation to customer service.

• Timelycreation of Process ordersfor production scheduling.

• Timelyconversion of Stock Transport Order(STO) for resale Affiliate.

• Inventory Management: Execute Make-to-order planning strategy to meet customer delivery, For Scent Resale Affiliate, execute Purchase-to-order replenishment strategy to meet customer delivery.

• Monthly review of FG for re-blending, write off, etc.

• Ensure all block stock items are salvaged based on QC recommendation.

• Manage write off for Bases/intermediate/block stock/trials through Monthly Inventory days report and Block stock report.

• Monthly reporting of distribution affiliates inventory performance and follow up on the aged inventory status.

• Communicateeffectively with all stakeholders to resolve issues to achieve smooth operations.

• System Setting: Lead, design and maintain the planning master data and activities related to STO conversion across the distribution affiliates.

• Evaluate OFLOW portal to provide recommendations on the MD setting for specific product in each distribution affiliates.

• Comply to global FG Planning guidelines. Review and provide reason for non-compliance orders whenever it is required.

• Continuous Improvement Projects – Initiate CI projects, suggestions, and drive implementation.

• Tasks related to FG planning as instructed by Supply Chain /Plant Manager.

Job Requirements

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory management or a related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems; example SAP

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principle

• Familiar with demand forecasting techniques and inventory management best practices

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
