work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answering Phones and Directing Calls: Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests, vendors, and clients as they enter, ensuring a positive first impression and assisting with visitor sign-in procedures.

  • Managing Front Desk Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professionalism.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry, and support various departments as needed.

  • Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as coordinate outgoing shipments.

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage scheduling for conference rooms, meetings, or appointments, ensuring efficient use of company resources.

  • Assisting with Employee and Visitor Badging: Issue and track badges for employees and visitors to maintain security and track access.

  • Managing Office Supplies: Keep track of office and front desk supplies, initiating orders when inventory is low.

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain records, forms, and documents as directed by office managers or HR.

  • Customer Service: Handle basic inquiries from visitors, clients, or vendors, providing information about the company as needed.
