Position Summary

Supervises the customer contact center team to improve efficiency, ensure effective communication, and support operational goals while enhancing customer engagement.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Resolves operational challenges within the contact center to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Leads training efforts for new contact center staff and ensures ongoing training to address emerging needs and product knowledge.

  • Maintains and updates contact center scripts, workflows, and communication protocols to streamline service processes.

  • Monitors performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Develops and implements policies to ensure efficient handling of customer interactions while maintaining high service levels.

  • Advises team members in addressing complex customer issues or escalated concerns.

  • Recommends staffing decisions, including hiring and disciplinary actions to optimize performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Prior supervisory experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
