RESPONSIBILITES 职责

• 主导与参与引进新技术到嘉兴注塑.

• Lead and participate the new technology introduce to JIA moulding

• 挖掘和主导嘉兴注塑的降本增效项目.

• Explore and lead the productivity project in JIA moulding.

• 创造和主导嘉兴注塑数字化项目.

• Create and lead the digitalization project in JIA moulding.

• 参与乐高全球注塑技术平台.

• Participate the LEGO global moulding technical platform.

• 为生产部门提供技术支持和问题解决方案。

• Provide technical support and problem solution to production.

• 利用PPS&PDCA的工具解决复杂的生产问题。

• Solve the difficult issues by PPS&PDCA tools.

• 简化，改进工作流程。

• Simplify and improve the work process

• 主导技能培训工作提高技术员的解决问题能力

• Lead the hard skill training to leave up the technician trouble shooting skill.

• 支持软技能的培训。

• Support the soft skill training.

• 安全工作，不作危险性危及危害安全的工作。

• Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts.

• 保证工作领域处于良好的5S状态。

• Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained.

• 完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。

• Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirement 岗位要求

• 工科相关专业

• 3年及以上制造业工厂工程师工作经验,注塑行业优先考虑

• 熟练的英语听说读写能力

• 良好的逻辑思维能力，沟通表达能力，自我驱动力，创新思维能力
