As an Specialty Recruiter in AI/ML, Product, and Design, you will be sourcing, driving the candidate pipeline, screening, guiding candidates through our interview process and managing the client/stakeholder experience. This is a full cycle recruiting role that will focus on hiring Data and Analytics professionals for full time positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with high-caliber AI/ML, Product, Design professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and communities. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of candidates

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, technical screenings, and behavioral interviews. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit criteria

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the AI/ML, product, design industry. Provide insights and recommendations to hiring teams based on market research and competitor analysis

  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by actively seeking out diverse candidates and ensuring equitable hiring practices

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline diversity. Use data to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on AI/ML, product, design or technical roles

  • Proven track record of successfully filling AI/ML, design, product roles at various levels

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, product, design concepts, technologies, and industry trends

  • Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications of AI/ML, product and design candidates

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML or related fields is a plus.

  • Experience recruiting for AI/ML, product, design roles in the financial services industry

  • Familiarity with immigration processes and international recruitment

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
