Job Title: Cosmetics Skin Care Sales Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Duration/Conversion Potential: Direct Hire

Hours/Shift/Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM / On-site 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Introduce the company’s skin care line to retailers and distributors.

• Develop sales strategies to meet business goals, including maintaining and increasing online sales.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.

• Oversee product distribution logistics, including import/export processes and order management.

• Present and lead sales presentations, participating in trade shows across the US.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 7-10 years of experience in the sale of cosmetics, skin care, and luxury beauty brands, including sales management, marketing, and brand development expertise.

• An established network of distributors and retailers (book of business).

• Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and knowledge of hyaluronic acid products

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey product value and brand vision.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and concerns.

• Ability to collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotions.

• Confidence in pitching products and closing high-value deals.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
