RequirementsMaster’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:•Utilizing Atlassian Jira to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Retail industry;•Participating in all phases of Agile and Waterfall project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ATG Commerce, Content Management Systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud for enterprise-level clients;•Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Lucidchart;•Utilizing Figma, Zeplin, and InVision to manage the design and development of project solutions;•Supervise and oversee project management efforts by accurate estimation and burndown charts of the team capacity and work to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI);•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to ideate on user journeys, translate journeys into functional and technical requirements, analyzing client systems, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing Figma, Jira, and Confluence;•Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders; and•Participating in the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks.
