JPMorgan Chase 2025 Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Full-Time Analyst Program in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a 2025 Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Full-Time Analyst in the Payments analyst program at J.P. Morgan, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across an exciting, innovative landscape. You will learn what it takes to 'make money move' and will be supported by training and mentorship from senior leaders. You will engage on challenging projects that use all your skills and will be part of creating innovative ideas to transform the Payments landscape.

What to expect

This two-year program kicks off with four weeks of intensive training led by our expert professionals. Payments analysts will have three rotations across the business. You'll gain an understanding of our businesses, how they work together and how we serve clients as well as the technical skills needed to make a difference right from the beginning.

This position is based in Jersey City, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learning how we work with 100,000+ clients in 150+ countries to support cash management needs and technology-based payment solutions

  • Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs

  • Gaining exposure to product, strategy, or client coverage-based teams

  • Being part of creating innovative ideas to transform the Wholesale Payments landscape

  • Working under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team

  • Networking with industry leaders, accessing best-in-class training and learning how all our businesses work together to provide excellent customer service

About you

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Fluency in English

  • Attend college/university in the U.S.

  • All majors eligible to apply

  • Expected graduation date of December 2024 - June 2025 from Bachelors or Masters program

  • If you are pursuing a Master's Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of your Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

  • To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
