Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd Operation Manager for U Telco in Jalan Klang Lama, Malaysia
Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the overall execution of the operations of the team.
Ensure the execution of tasks is in accordance the Project requirement.
Drive the Operations Team to achieve overall sales target fixed by U Telco.
Conduct monthly review, provide market insights and propose improvements based on observations to U Telco.
Share the Retailers' feedback and finding from market intelligence to U Telco, as and when required.
Prepare and align the KPIs and incentives for Team Leaders ("TL") & FFRs based on scheme given.
Customize the training modules, train the Operations Team and maintain good talents.
Attend and conduct periodical market visit and/or outlet audit with U Telco.
Act as key contact person to prepare and align standard operation procedures ("SOP") with U Telco.
Manage, review and approve TL's itineraries.
Manage the overall matters on recruitment, payroll, leave and staff issues within the Operations team.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
5 years or more of leadership role & Telco relevant experience.
