Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all accounting functions for our real estate/property management operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in real estate or property management accounting and a strong background in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, and General Ledger management.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Regular use of Yardi Property Management software

• Comprehensive data entry tasks to maintain accurate records

• Conducting General Ledger operations

• Preparation and processing of Journal Entries

• Execution of Month End Close procedures

• Preparation of Financial Statements

• Reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate accounting records.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or similar within the Financial Services industry

• Proficiency in using Yardi and Yardi Property Management software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrable experience in accurate and efficient Data Entry

• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in maintaining and managing the General Ledger

• Experience in preparing and posting Journal Entries

• Proven ability to handle Month End Close processes

• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
