Aerotek Welder/fabricator (Entry Level) in Isanti, Minnesota

Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled welder to join our team. Candidates will be cross-trained into multiple fabrication roles including TIG/MIG welding, laser welding, and robotic welding. The primary focus will be on TIG welding on sheet metal. 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on sheet metal.

  • Engage in MIG welding tasks as required.

  • Operate laser welding equipment.

  • Work with robotic welding machines.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to complete fabrication tasks.

  • Ensure production quality and meet deadlines.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in TIG welding.

  • Experience with MIG welding.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Fabrication and production experience.

  • Basic understanding of laser welding techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with robotic welding is a plus.

  • Welding experience from school or home projects is considered.

  • Willingness to learn and cross-train into multiple areas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
