  • Work together win together: the Senior Manager of Partner Operations will report to the Senior Vice President of Tech & Data Channels and Alliances. You'll be a key player in fostering collaboration across diverse teams and partners to drive meaningful growth and success. By overseeing partnership operations, you will create and manage efforts across forecasting, demand generation, pipeline development and performance metrics to achieve shared goals. Your ability to build strong relationships and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams will ensure that our collective efforts lead to mutual victories and long-term success.

By managing and optimizing our Tech & Data partnerships, you'll drive strategic projects that generate ongoing value and align with our goals. Your ability to provide thought leadership, deliver partnership enablement, sales enablement and go to market programs across our partnership portfolio will ensure that our partnerships are purposeful and impactful. What You’ll Achieve

  • Provide strategic insights and high-impact business analysis to drive our partnership initiatives forward.

  • Manage partner operations across forecasting, pipeline management, demand generation, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

  • Deliver effective analytics and data-driven insights on partner performance, benchmarks, and KPIs.

  • Implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, partner portal management, and communications.

  • Work with the partnership team to develop and manage go-to-market programs and processes.

  • Ensure that partnerships generate ongoing value and align with Epsilon’s strategic goals.

  • Successfully execute high-impact strategic projects that drive growth and efficiency.

  • Provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize partner performance.

  • Develop and implement effective partner enablement programs that enhance partner capabilities and engagement.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts to achieve shared objectives.

Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 7+ years of industry experience in partnership management, including 5 years in partnership operations.

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystem strategy, operations, management, planning, and analysis in the marketing technology and tech sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex alliances and partnerships.

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and advanced modeling skills with Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems and recommend actionable solutions.

  • Experience working in a global, remote-first environment with an appreciation for cultural nuances.

Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00
