Summary

The primary function of this position is The primary function of this position is responsible for the end-to-end Order To Cash process in order to ensure on-time order fulfilment in Business-to-Business support at country or regional level including sales order management of domestic, customer complaint coordination, operational problem solving, timely follow-up of order fulfilment with cross functional collaboration and proactive communication with customers, and implementing work process enhancement via best practice sharing in the team.

company Protein Technologies Ingredients Group (“PTI”), which was established in 1996, is engaged in the development, manufacture, and marketing of unique and innovative Savory Solutions (the non-sweet spectrum) that include flavors, seasoning compounds and functional raw materials for the food industry (including unique protein-based ingredients, which are manufactured using advanced technology), with a special emphasis on the processed meat and convenience food industry. PTI was acquired by Frutarom in 2016 and became part of IFF in 2018 with the acquisition of Frutarom by IFF.

The PTI Group operates a production site in Serpukhov, not far from Moscow. The group has around 350 employees in the various disciplines such as sales and marketing, production, R&D and Admin. The office location for this role is Mytischi.

Cope & Key Responsibilities

PTI is part of the Nourish division of IFF and geographically it is part of Europe. In this role you will be our feet on the ground and will physically be at our office in Mytischi. You will be functionally reporting into the CS Supervisor manager.

What does it mean to be a CS Representative I at IFF in general:

•Manage customer orders including domestic based on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance policy: order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance and order follow-up till good delivery to customers inclusive documentation and problem solving if any

•Process a credit note or a debit note related to a sales order or customer complaint

•Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to a sales order

•Respond to customer’s inquiry in a timely and accurate manner

•Implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques and systems; share knowledge (best practice)

•Support internal/external audit as needed

• Interacts with the Procurement Department when placing and adjusting orders

• Inventory assessment, identification of illiquid assets, coordination and transfer of goods for direct sale to customers

• Preparation of reports on product provision and customer satisfaction

• Responsible for the continuous improvement process

• Organize and distribute responsibilities, as well as their replacements if necessary

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (no specific major fields required)

• 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain of business to business

• Expert knowledge of MS Office tools

• Knowledge in 1С

• Fluent business communication skills

• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization

• Highly collaborative and team player

• Good control skills and perseverance

• Comfortable in a changing environment, time management

• Analytical skills, experience in processing large amounts of data

• Knowledge of English-based
