Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Cabinetry Associate. The Cabinetry Associate will be responsible for the receiving and delivery of service parts. Daily responsibilities will include unloading deliveries at offsite warehouse, verifying deliveries against paperwork, and bringing paperwork back to receiving team for systemic receipt. Additionally, When there are no cabinet deliveries, this position will assist the appliance install crews with appliance installation jobs.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (Plus OT as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and delivery of service parts.

• Checking job sites set for cabinet delivery 24-48 hours in advance to ensure there is space for delivery, delivery can be made safely (driveways and stairs in, etc)

• Assisting other departments when there are no cabinet deliveries – appliance and lighting crews – experience not required but desired.

• Unloading cabinet deliveries and verifying against packing lists.

• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana "for hire" issued driver's license is required.

• Ability to drive a Non-CDL pickup truck under 10,000 lbs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Prior experience in the cabinet industry is preferred. (Moving company experience preferred).

• Ability to use hand tools, dollies and lift gates.

• Experience with carpentry desired.

• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.

• Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.

• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
