Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join the team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments

• Processing invoices

• Conducting regular reconciliations of all accounts

• Maintaining an organized and streamlined accounting system

• Property budget set-up and maintenance

• Year-end tax preparation and coordination with Accountant

• Providing accurate reporting to Property Managers, Management, and Owners

• Other duties as requested by Management

  Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting software

• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

• Excellent data entry skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of property management and real estate industry is a plus
