Title: Data Analyst Intern Location: United States / Remote Experience: Entry-Level Internship Job Function: Product Development Employment Type: Internship Industry: Computer Network & Security About the position The "Data Analyst Intern" role will report to the Product Owner - Analytics & AI, and will assist with model and program development tasks related to analytics of customers' cryptographic assets. This analytics work will improve customers' security posture by providing advanced intelligence capabilities within Keyfactor's software products. The ideal candidate should be working toward a degree in computer science or a related field, and be comfortable working with and learning new concepts in the fields of cybersecurity and AI. The position is based the United States and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. Responsibilities Work with the US Product Management and Engineering teams to build cutting-edge software solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Participate in designing and scoping product enhancements related to data analytics. Design, train, test, and apply models using appropriate machine learning techniques. Test and review code for quality assurance. Study selected customer data and generate reports to help prioritize work item backlog for analytics products by value to customers. Innovate new techniques for analyzing data that could provide value to customers. Help to refine long-term strategy for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Skills and Qualifications Experience writing Python and/or C# with attention to code style and quality. Knowledge of cryptography, X.509 digital certificates, and/or network security is a plus Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI methodologies a plus.
