Surgery Complex Surgical Oncology

Job Summary:

Kansas City General and Vascular Surgery is seeking a surgical oncology physician for their practice in the Kansas City Metro.

Qualified Candidates:

• Candidates should have completed general surgery training at an ACGME-accredited program

• Fellowship training is required in a program approved by the Society of Surgical Oncology

• Requires vascular surgical cases in addition to minimal general surgery cases

• Surgeons with interest in breast and/or melanoma are encouraged to apply

• Ideal clinical focus on cutaneous and complex GI malignancies

• Training in minimally invasive surgical techniques is a plus

• Preference for experienced surgeons, but will consider those recently trained

• Board certified or eligible in surgical oncology

• Eligible for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
