Onsite - Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time but the general expectation is that the employee be onsite an average of three (3) days each week (청라)

The Role

Propulsion system 제어조직은 ICE, PHEV, EV차량에 대한 제어 개발을 통해 국내 및 전 세계 고객을 대상으로 차량 성능 및 법규 만족을 위한 연구 개발을 수행하고 있습니다.

ICE, PHEV, EV 제어 엔지니어는 차량의 제어 유닛, 배터리 관리 시스템, 전자 제어 장치 등과 같은 핵심 시스템들을 조정하여 최적의 성능을 구현하고, 운전 경험을 향상시키기 위한 개발 업무를 수행합니다.

이 과정에서 다양한 조건하에 시험을 수행하고 확보된 데이터 및 센서 정보를 분석하여 차량의 소프트웨어를 업데이트하거나 조정을 함으로써 최적의 결과물을 제공합니다.

Propulsion system 제어조직은 현재 GM Global 조직(NA/Brazil/China)과의 협업을 통하여 프로젝트를 진행하고 있으며, 제어 엔지니어는 해당 프로젝트 개발에 중추적인 역할을 맡게 됩니다.

What You’ll Do

• 차량의 제어 유닛, 배터리 관리 시스템, 전자 제어 장치 등과 같은 핵심 시스템들을 조정하여 최적의 성능 개발.

주요 제어개발 장치는 Conventional Engine/Transmission Systems(내연기관 엔진/변속기), Rechargeable Energy Storage System(충전식 에너지 저장 장치 – 2차 전지), Drive Unit(구동 장치 – 전기 모터 및 변속기)임.

• 차량의 성능, 효율성, 충전 시간 등 다양한 측면을 고려하여 최고의 내연기관/전기 자동차를 사용자에게 제공

• 소프트웨어 알고리즘 및 제어에 관련된 차량, 공장 또는 고객 불만 사항에 대한 문제 해결 지원.

• 제어를 위해 수행된 시험 결과물에 대한 문서화 작업.

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​​

· 기계/자동차/전기/컴퓨터 관련 전공 분야의 학사 이상 학위 소지자

· 제어 관련분야에서 최소 4년 이상의 경력이 있는 자 (경력직 경우)

· 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자

· Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint활용이 능숙한 자

· 영어로 업무 의사 소통이 가능한 자

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)​

· Engine, PHEV, EV 제어분야에서 최소 4년 이상의 개발 경험

· 전기 공학 및 Microprocessor에 대한 기본 지식

· C언어 기본지식
