Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand the business objectives and analyze, dissect system requirements and technical specifications

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

• Display solid technical knowledge in product analysis and debugging

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to product needs

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

• Provide technical mentoring for team members, trouble shooting

• Ability to understand design concepts and product architecture. Propose solutions for performance and security issues

• Identify Process Gaps and drive Initiatives to address process Gaps

• Partner with product owners and developers to identify areas for improved efficiencies

• Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience

• Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate

• Research and implement tools that support delivery

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)

• Experience defining and analyzing multivariate tests

• Proficient in Java, RDBMS (Oracle preferred), Spring Boot, Spark, Scala, Mirth, Airflow, Cloud, K8

• Good working experience on DataStage & Talend

• Handle Big data / large datasets

• Proven deeply analytical

• Query structured and unstructured data and perform exploratory data analysis for further advanced modeling

• Able to lead the team technically and provide solutions. Understand the business requirements and can speak to different stake holders
