Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the deliveries from for the assigned project/User stories covering documentation of solution design, working solutions, Unit test framework

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Participate in walk through, inspection, review & onshore group meetings

  • Ensure compliance to Project defined standards & processes.

  • Participate in the design discussions and suggest the project design

  • Well versed in Participate in walk through, inspection, review group meetings

  • Able to interpret the given technical design into application code

  • Convert the functional design given by PO into the technical design and implement the changes are suggested

  • Own the development environment for the project under execution

  • Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute)

  • Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within SDLC

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Full stack engineer

  • 5+ years of relevant experience building application on AWS Platform with good knowledge on below technologies

  • Experience on using Python and Type script as programming interface

  • Experience in Contact Center domain such as Amazon connect, building enterprise routing and personalization platform to support large enterprises

  • Experience working on Lex platform, connect platform. Designing technical solutions and capabilities such as Allocator based routing, Hoops, Affinity based

  • Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms

  • Knowledge on Contact Center platforms - Amazon Connect, Lex

  • Understanding on API gatways, oauth framework

  • Deep understanding on over all AWS cloud platform and its services

  • Proven to developed enterprise serverless solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, Steps functions, Dynamo, S3, SQS, EKS etc.

  • Proven ability to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute). Should have idea about configuration management tools like TFS, Jinkins and Github.

  • Proven ability to build Unit test and Load test framework that to test the solutions against the functional requirement and identify performance benchmarks

  • Proven effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and other team members

  • Language - Python, Javascript or Typescripts

  • Server less application platform - Lambda, Step functions

  • Storage solutions such – Dynamo, SQL Server, S3

  • Compute solutions - EC2, EKS

  • Monitoring solutions - Event bridge, X-ray

  • Configuration management tools
