Google Program and Operations Lead, gTech Ads Sellside in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.

  • 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.

  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.

  • Experience with data center logistics.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.   • Manage vendor programs and projects and be responsible for day-to-day program success by collecting vendor data and monitoring vendor performance using standard templates and cadence.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within current workflows, channel feedback to internal/external stakeholders, and support vendors in ongoing activities, including best practices, training, quality reviewing, and monthly planning of resource staffing, training, certification, and tools access.

  • Manage and roll out strategy for new projects in partnership with business owners, owning the relationships with the vendor service providers for projects.

  • Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices across geographies, and work with the global scaled services team to transform this space from reactive to predictive.
