As a Principal Product Manager for Bing Sports, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bing Sports. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, and marketers to create innovative and engaging sports features and products that delight our users and drive business growth. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners, such as Microsoft Sports, MSN Sports, Bing Ads, and sports leagues and federations, to leverage their data, content, and insights to enhance Bing Sports. You will also conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify user needs, market opportunities, and product gaps.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone with deep customer empathy, an ability to look at the big picture and create clarity, strong technical skills, having the ability to go deep, and capabilities to work with and manage partners across the organization. Here are few job responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bing Sports - Triggering team.
Use AI and Machine learning techniques to understand user’s intent and provide the right answer.
Strong data analysis skills, defining and monitoring quality metrics, and an ability to move fast with data driven decision making and experimentation. Monitor and measure product performance and user feedback.
Prioritize product backlog and manage product development lifecycle and develop a solid understanding of the product space and become a subject matter expert in the area.
Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, and marketers to deliver high-quality sports products and features that meet user needs and business goals. Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage their data, content, and insights to enhance Bing Sports.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify user needs, market opportunities, and product gaps. Define product requirements, specifications, and success metrics. Test and validate product hypotheses and assumptions using experiments and A/B testing.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Experience influencing without authority, collaborating effectively, and leading virtual teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Experience thriving in ambiguous business situations; be open to acting quickly and iterating.
Track record of influencing and stakeholder management skills.
An understanding in machine learning, Big Data analytics, data management and/or cloud technologies is a plus.
