Job Title – Finance Sr Analyst
About the Role:
The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for setting up and managing MIP and invoice processing in the financial ERP system in accordance with defined SLA and KPI. This role ensures the execution of high-quality services within the Global Business Services Organization (BSO). Additionally, the role involves resolving customer queries and delivering value added services to stakeholders
What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Billing process, including MIP, invoice, and credit note processing.
Performing billing checking to make sure it is in line with customer contract and all other supporting documents.
Prepare monthly revenue recognition report to identify missing revenue.
Ensuring billing and all revenue entries are posted accordance to Company Policy, ASC606 and SOX requirement.
Maintain and support PeopleSoft billing configurations, tax, pricing, and invoice formats with D&T team.
Provide timely solutions to internal customer queries and issues.
Ensure accurate and efficient completion of monthly closing activities.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and Shared Service Centre (SSC) processes and procedures.
Support audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
What You'll Need:
A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Finance / SSC / Audit environment.
Working on US time Zone.
High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A collaborative team player who can promote teamwork within the group.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Knowledge of financial ERP systems (i.e. PeopleSoft Finance) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
