Primary Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends using Python and data science techniques
Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and enhance decision-making processes
AI Implementation: Implement AI solutions to automate tasks, improve customer experiences, and optimize operations
Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML and apply innovative techniques to improve existing models and processes
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, models, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:
B.Tech or equivalent
7+ years of experience
Data Science Expertise: Experience with data wrangling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
Python Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Python programming, including libraries for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
AI & ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying models
Problem-Solving: Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Cloud Datawarehouse (Snowflake, Databricks)
Knowledge of other programming languages or tools that complement Python and data science
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML models
