The Team : The Technical Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively working with Strategic Accounts globally, with the prime goal of being a single point of contact for all technical questions and/or firm-wide issues and interactions at the Account - for S&P Global stakeholders as well as Client stakeholders. The team works on important client projects such as CIQ Pro/CIQ Office plugin deployments as well as SSO implementations for Capital IQ Pro and Capital IQ websites and plugins.
Impact: Directly assist in Technical Relationship Management workflows to ensure a positive user experience leading to user and usage growth, helping to facilitate renewals.
Responsibilities
Analytics: You will assist Technical Relationship Managers to perform periodic client account technical reviews to identify trends and any potential service gaps so that they can be addressed by the team. Reporting: Assist the team to keep tracking and milestone files up to date with critical information. Client Engagement: Assist Technical Relationship Managers in client facing projects and liaising with client IT and other stakeholders Be an integral part of the team to help provide white glove service to Strategic Accounts Liaise with internal Product Management, Client Support, and Relationship Management teams to collaborate on product and client initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Solid understanding & working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills You have basic understanding of finance industry with some familiarity of technology in a corporate environment, computer applications and Windows operating systems You possess strong multi-tasking and analytical skills You have an appetite for providing superb customer service Project Management experience desirable Prior experience in technical customer service is desirable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Masters degree, with some coursework in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to communicate via phone and email Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision Ability to multitask and project manage issues or initiatives to successful conclusion Organized and have the ability to collect, analyze and summarize data to measure progress against goals.
