Leidos’ Defense Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join our Common Hypersonics Glide Body (CHGB) Production Program team. This Project Manager role will function as the lead Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the manufacturing and production operations. The As Project Manager, this person will support the planning and execution of the CHGB manufacturing & production schedule. This person will have overall responsibility for the Mid-city CHGB production schedule and provide program oversight and guidance to the other supporting production facilities.

Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for managing project cost, schedule, and technical performance while ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements.
As CAM, you will be a major contributor to the program management team, manufacturing team, and other functional areas as required to establish and maintain performance indicators that drive execution of manufacturing activities.
Establish, maintain and measure manufacturing performance against the baseline
Responsible for weekly reviews and status updates for control account and associated work packages.
Analyze cost variances, schedule performance, and program risks, providing corrective action plans as necessary on a recurring basis.
Collaborate with program managers, engineers, finance, and customers to achieve project objectives.
Participate in integrated baseline reviews (IBRs) and program performance assessments.
Support proposal development to include cost estimation and risk assessment.
Regularly interface with the PMO regarding the delivery schedule, manufacturing status and performance metrics
Perform monthly EVM data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field and/or equivalent experience with 8 years of relevant experience
Understanding of EVMS indices and processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
