Alabama State Job Bank Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Huntsville, Alabama
Provide customer service support to sales and marketing, customers, outside sales force, vendors, and independent representatives. Receive and take customer orders as well as respond to requests for product information, and samples. Interacts with stakeholders via telephone, computers and mail.

- Effectively communicates with fellow team members, supervisors and managers
- Respond to customer requests and orders; adhere to quality and performance standards, deadlines and procedure
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns; answer customers' questions regarding products, availability and procedures
- Representing the company to customers, partners and general public in person or via email, phone or mail
- Additional responsibilities/ duties as assigned
Skills
- Customer service and administrative procedures, systems and techniques; word processing, spreadsheets, record keeping, sales, marketing Basic knowledge of (Excel)
- Principles and processes for providing customer services; assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services solving customer problem solving and negotiation skills
- Personal computers, office equipment, spreadsheets, databases and word processing software applicants
- High School Diploma
- Vocational training or some college desirable
- Two or more years administrative or customer service experience
- Team oriented, strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Personal computer, office equipment and software applications experience
