As a Retail Loss Prevention Specialist, the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:1. Monitor store operations and use surveillance to detect and deter theft. Conduct inventory audits toidentify and investigate discrepancies. Ensure security equipment is operational and coordinate repairs.2. Investigate theft, fraud, and security breaches, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliancewith relevant laws and company policies.3. Develop and deliver training on loss prevention policies and best practices. Implement and enforcethese policies, recommending improvements as needed.4. Interact with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions.5. Ability to communicate effectively with the customer base that speaks Tamil and Sinhala languages.6. Ensure that the cash register is closed daily and cash is deposited in the bank.7. Direct and supervise the work of store employees and gas station employees.8. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processingpaperwork.9. Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances, and conflicts, and negotiate with others.Skills in POS systems, CRM software and Inventory Management, MS Office Suite, and fluency inspeaking & understanding Tamil & Sinhala Language
