Spectre is the leader of circuit simulator. Device (Spice) modeling is very important part of circuit simulator. This intern position will work with Spectre RD team, and he is responsible to develop new reliability model, like TDDB (time dependent dielectric breakdown) and TID (total ionizing dose) models for Spectre simulator. The ideal candidate would have expertise in device physics, device modeling, and numerical techniques for VLSI circuit simulation. Candidate should have an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or similar. Candidates with experience in related fields will be considered, particularly:

Knowledge with device physics a must Pursuing graduate degree in electrical engineering, SPICE simulation, device physics, or similarly related technical field. Excellent written and oral communication skills Device modeling and programming a plus
