Our client, a leading global HR shared services organization, is seeking a People Care Advisor I to join their team. As a People Care Advisor I, you will be part of the Services & Solutions department supporting a diverse range of employees. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: People Care Advisor I

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $30 per hour

What's the Job?

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and line managers, addressing HR-related queries through live channels such as chat and case management.

• Provide guidance on life events, time and attendance, reward, performance, and compensation queries.

• Support employee relations by coaching line managers through various HR processes.

• Utilize operating frameworks and service enabling technologies to manage and resolve queries effectively.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities and support cyclical people and culture initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Higher education qualification (e.g., A level, high school diploma) or equivalent experience.

• Experience in HR or a shared services environment is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage case management effectively.

• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain inclusive relationships.
