Our Company is a leader in architectural millwork, committed to innovation, precision, and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician / PLC and Controls Specialist to join our team and ensure our advanced manufacturing equipment operates at peak performance.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinery to minimize downtime.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on CNC machines.

Troubleshoot PLC and CNC controls, including wiring, programming, and diagnostics.

Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to locate and fix faults.

Calibrate and align machine components to maintain precision and accuracy.

Assist with machine upgrades, retrofits, and automation improvements.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and follow safety protocols.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in CNC machine maintenance and repair.

Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Knowledge: Expertise in PLC programming, CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.), servo motors, and drives.

Education: Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
