Accenture Change Control Management Business Analyst in Houston, Texas
The Change Control Management Business Analyst is in a liaison role between Operations and Change Control Management overseeing projects from initiation to post implementation. Research identified issues and reports to departmental leadership with complete problem definition, evaluation, and potential solutions while providing excellent customer service. The position requires independent thinking, reporting and analysis, solid judgement and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates willingness to collaborate to meet established goals and metrics regarding departmental requirements.
Participates in requirements gathering in alignment with the customers’ expectations and business needs. Communicate changes in scope, requirements or functional design and develop recommended solutions in consultation with departmental leadership.
Performs analysis, planning, development, testing and deployment of assigned projects.
Operate independently and respond rapidly in a complex organizational environment with daily customer interactions.
Interact professionally with ancillary staff to provide appropriate and timely response to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance processes for Texas State Health Care Programs.
Research identified issues and reports to departmental leadership with complete problem definition, evaluation, and potential solutions.
Participates and contributes in the development of strategic long and or short-range goals.
Make recommendations to departmental leadership to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current manual processes through systemic modifications.
Maintains strict confidentiality of information and job files as dictated by current HIPAA requirements.
Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by daily production inventory requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook)
Strong written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and problem solving.
Track project performance against planned timelines and milestones.
Assign as well as follow through with action items from multiple sources, tracking item completion in an action item log that is part of the project documentation repository.
Participate in all associated project meetings and events.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
