The Associate Director, Commercial Operations & Reporting (COR) will lead all aspects of COR functions including Field Reporting design, development & operations, call planning operations, sales force alignments, sales force roster and management of the field query @your service investigations & support function. Partners closely with Sales & Marketing Leadership, Commercial Engagement & Operations, JE Operations, Data Strategy & Management, IT, CRM and Vendors to execute accurate and timely delivery of all field reporting design and operations, dynamic call plans, call plans and alignments, roster and other deliverables. Requires strong ability to influence senior leaders to drive tangible results. Responsible for leadership and development of a team of direct and indirect reports including support of development action plans to guide career and personal growth; provides an environment that leverages strengths and values of a diverse work force. Will partner with Sales & Marketing Leadership to understand brand and sales strategy and execute all COR functions in support of the various sales forces. Ensures compliance with various global laws, regulations, and Health Care Compliance requirements. Continuously looks for ways to increase sales efficiency. Supports co-promotions and multiple selling models.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of operational execution of Call Planning, Territory Alignments and Roster Management with the various roles within the sales forces.
Lead, manage, and advise on the responsibilities of the Senior Analysts.
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery and training of the Field Reporting Platform, by establishing and following efficient processes, validating data, identifying issues and working with customers.
Oversees initial and on-going training to the field and internal users on field reports through online training, tutorials, instructor-led training, etc., ensuring a high level of understanding and credibility within the field sales forces and in-house users.
Develops innovative processes to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency of field data delivery.
Field Report Inventory Lifecycle management (i.e. Retire reports with low value and utilization)
Manages the activities of field reports to meet goals and objectives.
Responsible for overseeing investigations initiated by the field through the @ Your Service Platform.
This includes facilitating coordination between the @ YS Team, Commercial Operations & Reporting, Commercial Engagement & Operations, and the Data Strategy & Management Team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
5-7 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience
Experience with syndicated data sources, such as IMS, and with the pharmaceutical sales process required.
Direct supervisory, people management, and vendor management experience is required. Analytical skills are required.
Pharmaceutical experience in at least two of the following functional areas: Call Plan & Alignments, Field Reporting, Incentive Compensation, or Syndicated Pharmaceutical Data (i.e. IMS)
Knowledge of data training methodologies preferred. Experience working with upper management in field sales as well as IT preferred.
Preferred:
Pharmaceutical experience in Field Reporting, Call Plan & Alignments, or Syndicated Pharmaceutical Data (i.e. IQVIA) Incentive Compensation.
Familiarity with data warehouse, Salesforce.com. Previous experience in Sales/Commercial Operations, Incentive Compensation, Data Management or Sales Management is preferred.

- This position may require up to 10% domestic travel
An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120,000 to 207,000.
Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
